The ASCEND Collective (TAC) is more than just a nonprofit — it’s a movement to transform the way we see and engage talent. Our mission is to empower diverse-ability individuals, veterans, and justice-impacted individuals to find meaningful employment that aligns with their skills and aspirations. Through our programs — Veterans ASCEND, Ability ASCEND, and Mission2 ASCEND — we break down barriers, dismantle stereotypes, and provide tailored support to those who need it most.

I’m passionate about TAC because I’ve seen firsthand the incredible potential of every individual, regardless of their past or their challenges. Our AI-driven approach focuses on matching people with opportunities that value their unique skills and experiences, not just their resumes. Join us in making a real difference. An infographic from 'The ASCEND Collective' showcasing three initiatives aimed at improving employment opportunities for underrepresented groups. Each initiative is represented by a colored logo and text. The first, 'Ability ASCEND' (blue logo), focuses on individuals with disabilities, stating that 1 in 4 adults have a disability, yet their unemployment rate is high, with limited workforce participation. The second, 'Veterans ASCEND' (red logo), emphasizes military talent, including transitioning service members and veterans, with a focus on addressing underemployment and bias. The third, 'Mission2 ASCEND' (green logo), targets those with criminal records, noting that 70 million individuals in the U.S. face barriers to employment, leading to high recidivism rates. Each initiative aims to create more inclusive employment opportunities.
