I’m Dr. Kirk Adams, and I’m thrilled to share something with you that has been in the works for a while; the launch of my new website at https://drkirkadams.com.
This site will serve as the central hub for my work, my journey, and my vision for a more inclusive world. My hope is that it will bring together all of the threads of my professional and personal endeavors into one cohesive place — a place that reflects my passion for championing disability inclusion, accessibility, and diversity in our communities and workplaces.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with various organizations to create opportunities for blind and visually impaired individuals. I have served as CEO of both The Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc. and the American Foundation for the Blind, led Innovative Impact, LLC, and have had the privilege to speak at countless events across the country about the value of true inclusion.
With this new website, I aim to make my ideas, thoughts, insights, and resources even more accessible to everyone interested in disability inclusion, accessibility, and creating inclusive environments.
The new site also highlights some exciting initiatives I’m particularly passionate about. You’ll find my new podcast initiative, ‘Podcasts By Dr. Kirk Adams’, which I’ll be writing more about soon. You’ll find my monthly ‘Heart of Influence’ Show, where I dive deep into impactful conversations on leadership and resilience with Sean Callagy and Bella Verita. And, you can also explore my ‘Supercharge Your Bottom Line Through Disability Inclusion” Webinar series — a resource designed to show businesses how embracing accessibility can lead to powerful growth and innovation.
There are many avenues to discover, from blogs and interviews, to upcoming speaking engagements.
This site is more than just a reflection of my consulting work with Innovative Impact; it’s about connecting with a broader audience. It’s about sharing stories that change perspectives, providing resources that spark action, and creating a bridge to a future where disability is seen not as a limitation, but as an opportunity for companies, communities, and individuals to thrive.
I invite you to take a look around, connect with me, and join the conversation. Whether you’re a business leader interested in building a truly inclusive workplace, or just someone who wants to learn more about navigating life with vision loss, I hope you’ll find something of value here.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Let’s continue to break barriers together.
Warmest Regards,
Dr. Kirk Adams, PhD
