We Are Not Waiting. We Are Building a Coalition.

Something is stirring.

You can feel it in the streets.
You could hear it on March 28, at the No Kings rallies across this country—voices rising, not in fear, but in fierce, collective clarity.

We will not bow.
We will not shrink.
We will not hand over the future.

And if you were there—or if you wish you had been—then I want you to know this:

The Community Coalition for Sustainable Diversity and Inclusion was built for you.

This Is the Moment. And This Is the Movement.

At the Institution for Sustainable Diversity & Inclusion ( ISDI), we are preparing to launch something bold. Something necessary. Something overdue.

This summer, we will invite a group of founding members to step inside the circle and help co-create a new kind of community—one rooted not in reaction, but in strategy, sustainability, and shared power.

Let me be clear about what this is:

The Community Coalition for Sustainable Diversity and Inclusion will help members move from reactive, isolated survival mode to strategic, sustainable, collective power.

Not performative. Not fragmented. Not exhausted.

But coordinated. Connected. And unstoppable.

Why Now?

Because the pressure is real.

Especially for those carrying lived experience—those who are too often expected to be everything at once:

  • The educator
  • The strategist
  • The therapist
  • The historian
  • The compliance expert
  • The conscience of the organization

All while navigating systems that were never built with you in mind.

Let’s name the problem:

Pressure to Be the “Expert” on Everything.
Especially for people with marginalized identities.

It’s unsustainable. And it’s unjust.

What We’re Building Instead

The Coalition will not ask you to carry the weight alone.

We are building a shared infrastructure of knowledge, strategy, and support—co-created by founding members—to distribute that weight across a powerful network.

Here’s what that looks like:

  • Communities of Practice where expertise is collective, not individual
  • Shared resource libraries so no one has to reinvent the wheel
  • Rapid-response strategy groups to navigate legal, cultural, and organizational shifts
  • Peer advisory circles where you can bring real challenges—and get real answers
  • Thought leadership labs to elevate your voice without requiring you to be everything to everyone

In this Coalition, you are not the lone expert.

You are part of a constellation.

A Founding Moment—And an Invitation

In the next 30 days, we will announce the platform that will host this community.

Shortly after, we will open the doors to founding members—those who will help shape:

  • Membership levels and benefits
  • Codes of conduct
  • Programming priorities
  • Governance structures
  • And the very DNA of the Coalition

Founding members will receive a special rate that will never be lower—because you are not just joining.

You are co-creating, you are building.

Why Juneteenth Matters

We will also be launching a GoFundMe campaign on Juneteenth to raise the resources needed to build the Coalition’s infrastructure.

This is not accidental.

Juneteenth marks delayed freedom—freedom that should have come sooner, but didn’t.
It is a reminder that justice, when postponed, becomes a debt.

At ISDI, we believe:

We don’t wait for systems to catch up.
We build new ones.

Launching on Juneteenth honors both the history of struggle and the urgency of action. It aligns with our mission, our values, and our refusal to accept slow-walking progress when people’s lives and dignity are on the line.

If You Felt It… This Is Where You Belong

If you stood in the energy of the No Kings rallies…
If you felt that fire in your chest…
If you’re done asking for permission to build a more just world…

Then come closer.

This Coalition is where that energy becomes infrastructure.
Where passion becomes strategy.
Where individuals become collective power.

Stay Connected. Don’t Miss This.

We’re moving quickly—and intentionally.

And I invite you to build it with us.

The Dr. Kirk Adams logo features two two overlapping arches, facing each other, one blue (smaller) and one black (larger), each resembling an arch or wave. Together the two shapes form a dynamic and modern design. The blue arch is set just inside the black arch, creating a sense of movement and progression. Below the arches, the name 'Dr. Kirk Adams' is displayed in bold black letters, with the tagline 'Leading the Way To Accessible Innovation' in smaller black text beneath. The design conveys themes of forward momentum, accessibility, and leadership in innovation. The overall look is sleek and professional.
